Returns

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Reason for the return 

Non-returnable items:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Missing parts, damaged product.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective item)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@titanship.com with photos and videos of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund at no cost to you.
